According to Sözcü TV, the news that Queen Letizia, the 51-year-old wife of King Felipe VI of Spain, had a secret love affair with her ex-brother-in-law Jaime del Burgo (53), hit the agenda like a bombshell.

According to new allegations in the Spanish press, former King Juan Carlos of Spain is behind the discussions about the relationship between Queen Letizia and businessman Del Burgo.
Federico Jiménez Losantos, one of the country’s leading radio hosts, said that circles close to Juan Carlos fueled the discussions and that the former King was trying to take revenge on his son in this way.
Losantos noted that 85-year-old Juan Carlos, who abdicated in 2014 due to corruption allegations and scandals in his private life and settled in the United Arab Emirates, is waging a “revenge campaign” against his son Felipe, who took over the kingship.
Some sources also stated that Juan Carlos, who thought he was forced to leave his position as King, wanted to take revenge on his son because he was angry at being excluded from the family.
