The Crown Princess of Norway Mette-Marit’s son Marius Borg Høiby has been arrested, the police said on Saturday. Høiby is suspected of violating a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend.
Høiby was arrested late on Friday. According to the lawyer, Høiby denies the suspicions.
Høiby was arrested last month on suspicion of assaulting his girlfriend, which he also later confessed to. Høiby said he was drunk and under the influence of drugs and suffered from mental health problems.
The police also suspect Høiby of other crimes, such as assaulting two women and making illegal threats.
