After Mamma Mia!, Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, Grease, Bohemian Rhapsody, Dirty Dancing and West Side Story, children will be able to experience karoké cinema in turn, with the Snow Queen at the Grand Rex. This original concept, initiated by the Pop Screen, invites families to sing together in dark rooms!
On the occasion of 10 years of the Snow Queen (yes, already!), the great Disney classic arrives in cinema-karaoke at the Grand Rex on Saturday October 14, 2023. This concept initiated by the Pop Screen comes from Great Britain (the Sing-alone). He invites young and old spectators in a cinema to watch a musical film, and sing at the same time in a festive atmosphere. Many films have already been screened at Great Rex as Mamma Mia!, Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, Grease, Bohemian Rhapsody, Dirty Dancing and West Side Story. Now it’s the children’s turn to warm up their voices by humming the famous title “Let It Go”, they know by heart (and the parents too). And if, however, you have forgotten the lyrics, don’t panic, they are displayed on the big screen!
For this original release, the snow queen costumes are of course welcome and a costume contest is planned, so put on your best Arendelle outfit! And that’s not all: a surprise bag is placed on each seat before the start of the session to get you in the mood. A Frozen themed photocall is also designed to take a precious family souvenir with you.
