In the hot and windy weather of Greece, several wildfires have started over the weekend.
The wildfire situation north of Athens has eased somewhat today compared to yesterday. The fire is raging in the Parnithavuori area and about 160 firefighters are still fighting it.
The fire that spread and damaged apartments on the Greek island of Sérifos has now been brought under control, fire officials say.
