Political leaders denounced, this Friday, April 5, the death of a 15-year-old teenager, beaten in Viry-Châtillon (Essonne), Marine Le Pen (RN) and Eric Ciotti (LR) denouncing a “wilding” and an “explosion of violence”, Fabien Roussel (PCF) calling not to let “fear take hold”.
According to the prosecution, the teenager was beaten between “4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.”, i.e. when leaving the school, by “several individuals”. After being transported to Necker hospital in Paris on Thursday, he was operated on during the night and “died (Friday) early in the afternoon”. An investigation was opened into “murder and violence in meetings near a school”.
Government spokesperson Prisca Thévenot reacted this Friday. “He could be our brother, our son, our comrade. Faced with this barbaric crime and violence, our society will not bend,” she declared. on the social network affirming that “the perpetrators will be found and punished”. “Deeply upset by the death of the young man attacked in Viry-Châtillon.
