the series back on track Notes in the world

Released yesterday on Friday March 11, 2022, WWE 2K22 was expected for several reasons. The first is that it is an almost reboot episode since 2K Games took the time to reconsider its license after the bitter failure of episode 2K20. The other reason, and these are only rumors at the moment, is that Electronic Arts would have started talks to take over the license from WWE in the event of failure of this episode 2K22. The pressure is therefore enormous on the side of 2K Games, which moreover sent the game to the press 4 days before its release, which had not happened for years (the publisher’s policy is to send their games to the press on release day). What about WWE 2K22 suddenly? By going to Metacritic, we realize on the game poster the pretty average of 76% in its PS version5, which is much better than the 43% obtained (on PS4) by WWE 2K20 in October 2019. It is also the same note as WWE 2K19 which also scored 76% in its PS4 version. Of course, the Metacritic rating is still provisional and it is likely to evolve, since there are only 26 tests that are listed for the moment. Looking at the detail, we see that some media have welcomed the changes made by this episode, with this new graphics engine, this more flexible and less austere gameplay. Other colleagues underline the fact that if there is better, certain aspects have not yet developed to their maximum and that efforts are still to be made for the next opuses.
