The NK Tegelwippen is intended as an incentive for municipalities and residents to go green. Participating municipalities can online specify flipped tiles. Whoever exchanges the most stone for green per thousand inhabitants, wins the Golden Shovel. The municipalities with the highest number of removed tiles wins the Golden Tile. There is also the Public Wipper for residents.
