Karsten Warholm will miss the Diamond League final competition in Brussels next weekend.
Norwegian runner Karsten Warholm ends his competition season prematurely due to injury and with his decision already secures preparation for the 2025 season. Warholm, who told about it on Tuesday, will miss the Diamond League final competition in Brussels next weekend.
Warholm, a multiple 400m hurdles champion, injured his left leg last Wednesday when he took on the pole vault world record holder of Armand Duplantis in the 100-meter race. Warholm lost the fun competition organized in Zurich and, as a precaution, missed the Diamond League hurdles scheduled for the next day.
In the end, the meeting with Duplantis was the last race of the Norwegian season.
