Finally, it is a way of showing the population that we care about the fate of soldiers in high places, whereas a few weeks ago, the authorities were accused of using them as cannon fodder.
Vladimir Poutine said it: it is necessary to listen to the men who have the courage to speak in a critical way and to make go up information. All the necessary financial means are available.
