The late votes were, according to the Swedish Electoral Authority, finished counting just after 5 p.m. It turns out that the results of the election night are fixed.
This means that the Moderates, the Christian Democrats and the Sweden Democrats, with their total of 33 seats, can form a majority of the council’s total of 65 seats.
But negotiations continue between many of the parties in the council.
