L, KD, M and C announced on Wednesday that they have the conditions to be able to govern the Kronoberg region for the next four years. But the four parties gather only 25 of the 31 mandates needed to create a majority.
The Social Democrats and the Left Party have 26 seats and are thus more, but still not enough to get over the magical 31-seat barrier.
With their ten mandates, the Sweden Democrats have a wave master role.
