The recipient or recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize will be announced today in Oslo at noon Finnish time. The Nobel Committee says it has received a total of 286 proposals for this year’s prize, of which almost 200 are individuals and the rest are organizations.
In advance, the winners of the award have been predicted, among others, to be the election observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the OSCE, or the International Court of Justice, ICJ.
The president of Ukraine has been at the top of the betting sites, among others Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the leader of the opposition in exile in Belarus Svyatlana Tsihanouskaya.
