Horror expert Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out) is said to be sitting in the Barney producer’s chair. Nothing is known about the story yet, but according to recent reports it is one “surreal” Story based on the model of the production company A24 (Everything Everywhere All at Once), as reported by Variety. Mattel CEO Robbie Brenner revealed (also via Variety):
I don’t know if it will be a dark film. But he becomes unique. A bit like Being John Malkovich or Adaptation. […] It is aimed at adults and is a bit quirky.
When is the Barney movie scheduled to hit theaters?
