Pernilla Wiberg and Bödvar Bjerke met in Canada in 1997, and got married in 2009. In other words, the couple has managed to stay together for many years, but what is the secret behind the successful relationship? That’s what Pernilla Wiberg tells us News24.
How do you keep the spark alive?
– Humor is very important. Being able to laugh together, with and at each other. And we do. We sit at home at the kitchen table and then we find something that we tan for both of us, so you actually have a look. And I think that is super important, explains Wiberg.

In “Stjärnorna på slotlett” Pernilla Wiberg showed a significant and romantic letter that her husband Bödvar Bjerke sent her at the beginning of their relationship. In sweeping strokes, Pernilla Wiberg told what the letter contained, but she did not want to answer what exactly was in it.
What did the letter actually say?
– Maybe it will come in “The stars at the castle 2.0”. Who knows.
Was that a real letter that you had with you and showed off during the shoot?
– I’m not saying. But I still have the real letter. I’ve been saving up for it. My daughter actually asked, “Mom, do you still have this letter? Is that right?” And yes, I actually have.
