Pole vault Wilma Murron Preparing for the winter competition stopped like a wall at the turn of the year at the turn of the year.
Murto, 26, was ordered for sick leave he is still on.
– It was a stopping and facilitating experience. The professional stated that I was not capable of work, which meant that the hall season was canceled from that sitting, Murto said at a news conference on Wednesday.
Murto says he is already doing better and slowly returning to practice.
– The situation has contributed to the early part of the year, but all the actions have been done that I am a better pole jumper one day than I have been so far. I see this makes me a better athlete. This is an experience you need to learn something.
Murto has not done the actual pole vault exercises lately.
– When I return to practice, jumping is not the first thing. It must first be physical skills. Even after injuries, I have been able to jump back quickly, so I’m not worried about it.
Murto did not open the diagnosis. However, the European Champion of 2022 said that mental health challenges were the result of last year, which was mentally severely injured to him.
Due to injuries, Murto had to bury success in March last year at the Glasgow World Championships and in June at the Roman Championships in June. In August, Murto fought sixth in the Paris Olympic Final, which was a big success.
The reality was far from what Murto had hoped to reach in the year of three value races.
-This has been the most challenging year for my sports career. I am proud of how I survived the mill, but it had a lot of mental and physical load. That crunch has also received a price tag, Murto said.
In January, Murto reported that the hall season would be completely missed. He did not open the reasons at the time.
– The fact that I am talking about it now is very much due to the fact that I have heard speculation, wonder, and a variety of theories about what I do right now and why I have not competed during the hall. It has felt a bit amusing.
It is almost half a year for the Tokyo World Cup. The women’s pole finals will be jumped on the fifth race on 17 September. The late time of the World Cup is valid for a Murro, who is not yet able to estimate when he will return to the racing fields.
– In the summer, we are going to compete. Even if I start competing until July, I can be in good shape in mid -September. However, it is unnecessary to hurry and load the pressure that you have to be in good shape in September, it feels stupid. I believe my best jumps are still jumping, Murto said.
