The released nitrogen space always benefits nature first. If it turns out not to be necessary for nature restoration, the province can use the nitrogen space differently. “Although it is actually up to the government to come up with a solution for the PAS detectors, with this bank we have an instrument with which we, if there is room, can also help PAS detectors as a province,” says deputy Mirjam Strong.
