Statistics Netherlands also examined the price figures in the four largest municipalities. The municipality of Utrecht is at the top of the list with a price increase of 15.2 percent. In Amsterdam, prices rose by 8.7 percent, in The Hague by 7.2 percent. Home buyers in Rotterdam had to pay 6.5 percent more for their home last year.
