“The probability of retaliation is high”

The former gang leader of the criminal network Foxtrot, Mustafa “Benzema” Aljiburi, has been shot dead in Iraq. Both victims and perpetrators must be Swedish citizens. Leif GW Persson comments on the case and believes that the probability that the incident will now trigger various acts of revenge in Sweden is high – considering “how it usually happens”.

Mustafa “Benzema” Aljiburi was singled out as a key player in Foxtrot’s drug empire before he broke with Rawa Majid. The original organization Foxtrot has subsequently been divided into three different organizations after two people, so-called “deputy executives”, have broken away and created their own organizations. These are now at war with each other.

– This is a result of that, states Leif GW Persson in Nyhetsmorgon. And continues: That the murder takes place in Iraq is not so strange. Because a large percentage of the people involved in crime have their origins in the Middle East. Many high-ranking in the criminal networks have family, friends and contacts there and also speak the language.

– Swedish pranksters usually go to Thailand, on something that is tangibly like a holiday and far enough away, states GW.

Three arrested in Iraq

One person was immediately arrested in connection with the shooting. A 19-year-old Swedish citizen who came from Albania to Sweden 10 years ago. Two more people have since been arrested. These three are now in prison in Iraq.
– It’s certainly a place where you can hold back a laugh, says GW.

– There is a significant probability that the shootings will continue here in Sweden. The police have also taken note of that, concludes Leif GW Persson.
