Little Thai baby hippo Moo Deng took the internet by storm. The hype surrounding the animal is so great that demand for a minion in Final Fantasy XIV has increased by 1,600 percent.
Who is Moo Deng? Moo Deng is the name of a baby pygmy hippopotamus that was born at the Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Thailand. When the first photos were published, the baby hippo stomped cute steps into the hearts of many people.
Sayings like: “Unbothered. Moisturized. Happy. In My Lane. Focused. Flourishing.” and countless memes were created with the little baby hippo. In addition, entire fan pages were created on X.
Final Fantasy XIV is overrun with demand for baby hippos
Because of the hype surrounding Moo Deng, everyone now wants to have their own baby hippo. However, this is only possible in Final Fantasy XIV.

Square Enix itself couldn’t escape Moo Deng’s charm either. On X they posted a short video of the little baby hippo with the typical Moo Deng caption:
