Today, tools like Midjourney can be used to produce images of an insane variety. Demonstration with queries we made.

“The Green-Eyed Afghan Woman” is a famous photo by American reporter Steve McCurry, taken in 1984. Asking Midjourney to apply the photographer’s style to the portrait of a young woman, the tool offered a lively look colored – here blue -, to the model. AI, great pasticheur, or thief? Several artists have already taken legal action, arguing that these platforms go beyond mere inspiration.

The Bishop of Rome is one of the most easily reproduced personalities by the AI. A new illustration with, this time, a purely fictitious scene, season requires, on a fine sand beach.

A house on Mars

A “fantastic” order for a house on Mars. It is quite possible, via the quick, to play with the machine’s creativity slider – called “chaos” -, which ranges from 0 to 100. Depending on the choice made, the machine will draw from increasingly improbable sources in order to illustrate the request.
