    The police have prepared a report of completed fraud and several reports of fraud attempts.

    They suspect there may be a large dark figure.

    Two residents of a retirement home in Arvidsjaur got their morphine tablets replaced with different colored and glittery tablets, which SVT News Norrbotten was the first to report.

    The unknown pills must have been repainted to mimic real morphine tablets, but the forgery was discovered when a nurse went through one of the residents’ drugs.

    After the first discovery, all residents’ doses were examined, and then it emerged that another person was hit.

    The drugs were stored in locked cabinets, according to P4 Norrbotten.

    The incident has been reported to the Inspection for Health and Care (IVO).
