The police receive a call from a security guard who states that a person is probably using drugs.
The police have been on site and met a man who shows clear signs of being under the influence of drugs and he is allowed to go with the patrol for sample collection. He, a man in his 30s, also had a small amount of suspected narcotics on him.
He is currently suspected of minor drug offenses through personal use and minor drug offenses through possession.
