“Attempt to defraud (Age crime),” the police write on their website.
The police in Västra Götaland report this:
A woman born-40 living in Torpa received a phone call during the day from a person who stated that he called from Lendo and that someone tried to take out a loan in her name. However, the woman was on her guard and did not even confirm that she was the designated person.
When she hangs up, she immediately contacts the police. Report of attempted fraud.
