On the E18 in Karlstad, maintenance work is underway from Älvmotet to Bergmotet and one lane is closed. It has created queues and congestion in rush hour traffic for several days.
Two motorists and a lorry collided on the E18 at Borgmästarholmen in Karlstad on Thursday evening. No one is said to have suffered serious injuries. But several passing motorists chose to film the accident with their mobile phones.
This prompted the police to act.
– There were patrols on site who noted that there were viewing queues, says Hedelin.
