A man who escaped from a forensic psychiatric ward in Falköping has been arrested.
He was found in central Stockholm at lunchtime on Saturday. The arrest went smoothly. The 28-year-old man will be returned to the forensic psychiatric department, the police write on their website.
The 28-year-old is convicted of having started three fires at a hotel in Gothenburg and of making serious threats against authorities, including a police chief in Gothenburg.
He escaped on Friday afternoon. Skaraborg hospital has told TT that an investigation into the incident has been launched.
