A girl died yesterday afternoon after being hit by a tractor in Kramfors municipality.
The accident happened at 5 p.m. The police have started a preliminary investigation regarding negligence in traffic and causing the death of another.
According to the police, the girl is under five years old and the tractor must have been driven by a family member, Aftonbladet reports.
– We have technicians on site and the preliminary investigation is expected to be finished this afternoon, says Erik Bylund, preliminary investigation leader at the police in Kramfors to the newspaper.
The church’s crisis support has been activated and the police personnel who worked with the incident have also received crisis support, according to Tidningen Ångermanland.
