Police spokesperson Christina Hallin is careful with the details so as not to prejudice the police investigation, but says that their information indicates that the dangerous object was not aimed at outsiders.
Two people were arrested and detained on suspicion of attempted public destruction and violation of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods. No one was injured in the incident.
