Haka’s team leader reached by Urheilu Hannu Heikkinen could not say if an official doctor was present at the match.

According to the Finnish Football Association’s rules, the Finnish Cup does not require a doctor to be on the side of the field. For example, in the Veikkausliiga, the home team must ensure that at least one doctor is present at the match event.
In national team matches, both teams must have their own doctor and a match doctor who is separate from them.
Team doctors are often orthopedists who treat bumps and bruised ankles. The match doctor specializes in emergency first aid, i.e. focuses on life-threatening situations.
