A bird hit the cockpit of the Royal Air Force’s Eurofighter Typhoon fighter plane in England while it was flying over the North Sea.
Following the accident, the pilot ejected the canopy covering the cockpit and made an emergency landing at the air base in Lincolnshire.
Authorities announced that the pilot was in good health and stated that the jet, which had no canopy, was accompanied by another jet to the base and the flight was made very low and at a slow speed. (UAV)
