The performance of European markets is pointing upwards. The oil sector stands out

The Milan Stock Exchange attempts a rebound together with the

(Finance) – Widespread purchases on European stock marketswith the FTSE MIB which achieved the same positive performance as the Old Continent, in the first session of the new year. I am few ideas, due to the still festive climate. On the macroeconomic front, the focus today is on the Eurozone manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) for the month of December.

THE’Euro / US Dollar the session continues at the levels of the day before, reporting a change of +0.04%. Slight increase forgoldwhich shows an increase of 0.40%. The petrolium (Light Sweet Crude Oil) stands at yesterday’s values โ€‹โ€‹of 71.98 dollars per barrel.

Small step upwards of spreadwhich reaches +115 basis points, showing an increase of 2 basis points, with the yield of the 10-year BTP equal to 3.51%.

Among the European price lists moves modestly upward Frankfurthighlighting an increase of 0.54%, a positive balance for Londonwhich boasts a progress of 0.25%, and without any improvements Pariswhich does not show significant changes in prices.

The Milanese price list shows a gain, with the FTSE MIB which is achieving a +0.69%, consolidating the series of three consecutive increases, started last Friday; along the same lines, little leap forward for the FTSE Italia All-Sharewhich reaches 36,638 points. Slightly positive FTSE Italia Mid Cap (+0.55%); on the same trend, in fractional progress the FTSE Italia Star (+0.56%).

At the top of the ranking of the most important titles of Milan, we find Saipem (+2.99%), Tenaris (+2.30%), ENI (+1.80%) e Telecom Italia (+1.54%).

The strongest sales, however, occur at Ferrariwhich continues trading at -0.58%.

Among the protagonists of the FTSE MidCap, D’Amico (+2.48%), The Italian Sea Group (+1.89%), GVS (+1.64%) e WIIT (+1.45%).

The worst performances, however, are recorded on Philogenwhich gets -1.03%. Disappointing Mondadoriwhich lies just below the levels of the day before. Lame BFF Bankwhich shows a small decrease of 0.71%.
