At least 43 people are reported to have died in the floods caused by heavy rains in the Kerr County in Texas, the United States. The sheriff of the Kerr district Larry Leitha reported a local time on Saturday.
28 of the dead were adults and 15 children, Leitha said at a press conference.
Sudden floods caused by heavy rains covered the Kerr County in the central Texas, for example, a Christian girls’ summer camp. Dozens of campers are still being sought. In addition to them, there are other people, but the authorities have so far been unable to estimate the number.
