Stripping down completely is not normally allowed on the world-famous beach in Australia’s largest city. But the American photographer received special permission for “Strip Off for Skin Cancer,” a temporary art installation at dawn on Saturday. Over the years, Tunick has carried out many similar nude projects around the world. But this time the theme was special. The number of participants, 2,500, also roughly represented the number of Australians who die from skin cancer each year. See the bare installation in the clip above
