On Tuesday afternoon, all the Oscar nominations for 2023 were announced – and it was a success for Swedish Ruben Östlund.
When the nominations were announced, it was clear that Östlund was nominated for best original screenplay, best film and best director.
In addition, Swedish Ludwig Göransson is nominated for best song, Lift me up, which Rihanna sings in Black Panther: Wakanda forever.
Another Swede, Göran Lundström, is nominated for the make-up in Batman.
