TF1 has already announced the return of Koh Lanta in 2025, with a new edition full of surprises.
Only a few weeks after the end of “La tribe cursed”, TF1 announced this week the return of Koh Lanta in 2025, with a new edition that promises some surprises. The famous adventure game hosted by Denis Brogniart has just crossed Thibault against Charlotte during the final the last edition, broadcast at the end of 2024. But the TF1 channel has indeed lifted the veil on the theme of the next season, but also a very close broadcast date.
This year again, candidates will be sent to the Philippines to try to survive deserted islands. This will thus be the fourth consecutive adventure in the area, definitely favored by Adventure Line Productions, which produces the program. But many surprises and twists are already announced to spice up the adventure and make it even more difficult than usual. Production promises in particular particularly trying climatic conditions and “the biggest bluff in the history of Koh Lanta”.

During the morning show Good morning ! From January 10, the columnist Christophe Beaugrand had already revealed exclusively the name and concept of the next edition of the adventure game. Called “La Revanche des 4 lands”, this 2025 Koh Lanta season will mark the return of a mechanics already experienced in 2020, namely the distribution of 24 new adventurers in four regional tribes representing the North, the South, the East and west of France. At the time, the season had crowned Alexandra, but had been marked by the death of the adventurer Bertrand Kamal.
Another peculiarity of this Koh Lanta 2025, this time revealed in a TF1 press release this week, viewers will be more submerged than ever thanks to the addition of pastilles indicating regularly the temperature, the humidity and the ‘Local time on the islands. A second part of the evening will also be offered after the episodes from reunification, with debriefs, interviews with eliminated and guests who have come to analyze the adventure in set with Denis Brogniart.
On the casting side, TF1 has already put the portraits of the candidates online (which we will dissect shortly it is promised). The local press also made its office and presented some candidates from Koh Lanta among the 24 in 2025: Jérôme, a 43 -year -old Catalan building painter, Benoît, 24 -year -old pole jump champion, Cynthia, an agent 39 -year -old real estate, Christian, 63 -year -old second -hand dealer, or Allan, Marjorie’s son, an adventurer of 2017 …
TF1 also unveiled the date of Koh Lanta’s return to 2025 and it is very close: the first bonus was scheduled on Tuesday February 25 at 9:10 p.m. on TF1 for the launch of this new season. The adventurers will then return to drool on the screen every Tuesday evening on the first channel.
