Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

He has started the season hugely and set a new record.
Now Rasmus Dahlin is rewarded in the NHL.

Rasmus Dahlin has stepped up every season since he was drafted number one into the NHL. Dahlin plays for the Buffalo Sabres, who have gone through a bit of a generational change, and it has been noticed in the table, as during all of the Swede’s years they have been a long way from places in the desirable playoffs.

Senseless start

But last year was a clear improvement, and in addition, the Sabers have a Rasmus Dahlin who has emerged as a superback, and before the new season the Swede was praised in many lists, and many predicted that he would get a gigantic boost – just like the entire Sabres. And that’s exactly how it really has been. Dahlin’s start to the season is actually unprecedented.

When Rasmus Dahlin scored in the first three games of the season, he was tied for first place in NHL history. No full-back had started the season with goals in four straight games, and of course the Swedish full-back star wrote himself into the history books. Goals in four straight opening games from a back had never happened before. And from just the speed, Dahlin also took the opportunity to score in his fifth game as well.

The big reward

Dahlin has thus extended his record, and that says a lot about his fantastic start. Dahlin has also started the season with three assists, and eight points in five games played is certainly no joke. And even now Rasmus Dahlin is being talked about in discussions about the Norris Trophy, the award for the year’s best defenseman in the NHL. And now the Swede is being rewarded for his incredible start to the season.

When the NHL named the player of the week, as they do every week, Rasmus Dahlin ended up number one on the list. There is tough competition in the NHL, with stars producing in almost every team, but Dahlin beat everyone and took home the fine award. Dahlin now hopes to extend the streak to six straight games when they face the Seattle Kraken tonight.
