Center Joel Eriksson Ek and defensive teammate Jonas Brodin had a good night as their Minnesota beat Arizona 3-1.
It was Minnesota’s fourth straight win in a game there Joel Eriksson Oak opened with a goal in numerical superiority in the first period and Jonas Brodin increased to 2–0 in the closing minute of the second period.

Arizona cut back in the third period, but got no closer than that. Minnesota’s Matt Boldy had to settle the final score after a long, opening diagonal pass by Eriksson Ek at the blue line, when he broke free from the defenders to make it 3–1.
Eriksson Ek thus has a good week in the NHL. On Monday, the former Färjestad player scored two goals away against the Vegas Golden Knights. On Sunday night, Minnesota plays against the Buffalo Sabres.
