A new season is coming up in Pokémon GO and the first dates for it are already known. We summarize the data for you.

What’s next in Pokémon GO? The events in May are still running, then the “World Full of Wonders” season will be history.

The as yet unnamed new season, or “season,” in Pokémon GO starts on June 1st.

What it is called and exactly what content it brings is currently unknown. But a few dates are now clear that you should put in your calendar.

Four Community Days for Pokémon GO in summer – the dates

Pokémon GO announced the dates of all Community Days in the coming season via the official blog. There are four dates coming up:

  • On June 9th (Sunday)
  • On June 22nd (Saturday, and this will be a Community Day Classic)
  • On July 21 (Sunday)
  • On August 31st (Saturday)

    • It should therefore be clear that the next season will also run for three months and there will be another change of season on September 1st.

    Which monsters are coming? This is currently unknown, but at least June 9th should be announced soon. Meanwhile, at the Community Day Classic there will be another monster that has already had a C-Day.

    Three more events announced

    Pokémon GO also announced the following dates:

  • There will be a raid day on June 29, 2024.
  • On Saturday, July 27, 2024, there will be a secret event that is currently only called “???”.
  • A Crypto Raid weekend is running on August 10th and 11th.

    • What kind of events will these be? Raid Day usually brings five free Raid Passes that allow you to challenge a specific boss multiple times. This can also be assumed here.

    The event on July 27th is still completely mysterious. But, strikingly: the global GO Fest is on July 13th and 14th. One could speculate here that this could possibly be a hyperbonus event based on GO Fest. But that remains to be seen.

    And the Crypto Raid weekend is relatively clear: Team GO Rocket is likely to play an important role here and appear as an exciting opponent in Crypto Raids.

    Further dates in the coming months

    What else will happen in the new season? Aside from the new seven dates, one thing is clear: the GO Fests 2024 will take place.

  • GO Fest Sendai (Japan) runs from May 30th to June 2nd, so it falls at the start of the season.
  • The event runs in Madrid from June 14th to 16th.
  • In New York City, GO Fest runs from July 5th to 7th.
  • And the global variant follows on July 13 and 14

    • It is already clear that the GO Fests will revolve around the Ultra Beasts, Necrozma and the new fusion feature. At the end of May there will also be an event that will bring the currently missing Ultra Beasts into play.
