Magnus Samuelsson will forever be known as the world’s strongest man.
But now the 52-year-old is being celebrated for something completely different.
When the powerhouse presents a completely new image of himself in social media.
The over 2 meters and 150 kilograms bastard was a real favorite in the 90s when he dealt with muscle knots from all over the world. Magnus Samuelsson became a Swedish hero and immensely popular during the “World’s Strongest Man” competitions.
The world’s strongest
In 1998, Samuelsson also managed to go all the way and win the tough power competition and thus get the honor of being named the world’s strongest man. After the active career in strongman, the muscle builder from Kisa became a well-known television profile.

Samuelsson has appeared in TV programs such as “Fångarna på fortet” and “Let’s Dance” but also in films and TV series such as “Mother Goose”. Alongside his decent muscles and huge chest, there is also a warm personality and a charisma that goes right through the TV screen.

Paying tribute to Samuelsson
Today, he is 52 years old and highly relevant again for a brand new television venture. As early as 2019, it was clear that the Swede had a role in the medieval film “Medieval”, which is about the Czech war hero Jan Zizkawhere also the Hollywood star Michael Caine has a role.

But due to the corona pandemic, the film was postponed and only now in 2022 has it been released and can be seen on Netflix. However, it doesn’t seem to have come to Sweden yet, so Swedish viewers will have to keep waiting for the lavish film.

Magnus Samuelsson has posted a picture of himself as the character “Lars” and is now widely praised on social media. The picture on Instagram has received thousands of likes and in the comment field the Swede is showered with compliments, see the picture below.
