But even someone like Armand Duplantis indulges in celebrating Halloween.
Now “Mondo” and his girlfriend Desiré Inglander’s neat dressing are being celebrated.
2023 has once again been an absolutely fantastic year for Armand Duplantis. The Swedish world star has once again proven his greatness and was totally superior in pole vaulting.
Duplanti’s success
“Mondo” won the WC gold without any major problems, easily took home the overall victory in the Diamond League and triumphed in the Finnkampen for Sweden. But the most impressive thing is that the 23-year-old continues to reach even higher heights and surpass even himself.

Already at the beginning of the year, Duplantis broke a new world record with 6.22 meters and for the rest of 2023 he continued to chase new record heights. It would take until the autumn before he struck again and during the very last Diamond League competition another world record came in the form of 6.23 metres.
Girlfriend Desiree
During this year’s successes, Mondo has had a girlfriend and partner Desire Inglander with them as invaluable support at the competitions. When the WC gold was salvaged in Budapest, she was of course there to celebrate with her boyfriend.

The young love couple have been together for three years now and share their everyday life on their social media channels on a daily basis. Just like many other Swedes, Armand and Desiré have also celebrated Halloween this past week.

They celebrated together and then chose to dress up in a couple outfit. On Tik Tok, Desiré Inglander has shared their costumes, see the video below, and all the Swedes are now saying the same thing – namely how neat the masquerade costumes are.

The couple had the clever idea to go as the chef and the rat in the Disney movie “Rattatouille” and are praised in the comments section.
“Too iconic how he actually looks like him in the movie,” writes one user about Mondo.
