The Berserker of the Jungle
One of the oldest champions in LoL is Olaf, the Berserker. Not only does he have a lot of health, but he also has a powerful ult. This puts him into rage mode, which gives him running speed and immunity to crowd control effects.

The increased mana costs in particular show that Riot wants to banish Olaf from his current position. Because mana is already a big problem for Olaf in the top lane, even if he still dominates there. The increased damage to monsters will also ensure better jungle clearing.
