The home crowd in Östersund misses out on seeing Swedish star Jonna Sundling in this weekend’s World Cup competitions.
The ski queen Jonna Sundling announces on Instagram that she has a cold.
“Unfortunately, I have to rest a little more, my body is working hard to get rid of the cold. Of course, it feels extra sad not to be able to play at home in Östersund this weekend. But I’ll be back soon,” writes Sundling.

Sundling missed out, along with other big names like Lynn Svahn, Frida Karlsson, Johanna Hagström and William Poromaaalso last weekend’s World Cup competitions in Gällivare after testing positive for covid-19.
In Östersund, the riders compete in sprints on Saturday and individual start (10 km) on Sunday.
