Entering the market with a single engine and equipment combination, the new Mercedes B-Class will respond to versatile usage needs.
Continuing its steady adventure with the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer in the segment whose numbers are decreasing day by day, the Mercedes B-Class entered the Turkish market with its renewed dynamics. The model, which was included in the lists in March, stands out with its versatile interior and features that focus on meeting the expectations of daily needs, as in the previous generations. In the product range, which takes on a more modern and simple character in the exterior with its updated design dynamics, the rear taillights now come with the LED group as standard. Progressive equipment package is combined in the model, which comes to the Turkish lists with the B 200, in which the 1.3-liter gasoline engine is the centerpiece. For the B-Class, which is 708,616 TL excluding taxes, the turnkey price increases to 1,509,500 TL with taxes.
Highlights for the new Mercedes B-Class
The renewed B-Class promises practicality and a spacious interior. In this context, the dual screen, which is 10.25 inches, is offered as standard. The optional version with two 10.25-inch screens creates the feeling of a single widescreen floating in the air. The three-round turbine-like vents, a characteristic Mercedes-Benz design element, refer to aircraft designs, while the new generation steering wheel is offered in nappa leather as standard.

The palette of black, black/macchiato and new black/sage green colors presents a world of distinction in the offered “Progressive” equipment version. In addition, black or bahia brown leather seats can be preferred. The new star-patterned upholstery creates an exciting accent in the interior. Accordingly, the composition of materials used in the design of the new B-Class was reviewed and possibilities for more sustainable alternatives were explored. There are fabrics made from 100% recycled material in the middle section of the comfortable seats. In ARTICO/MICROCUT seats, this ratio goes up to 65 percent on the seat surface and up to 85 percent in the material below.
Together with the 1.3-liter gasoline engine offered in the model, we see that the B-Class has 163 horsepower and 270 Nm of torque. The mild-hybrid structure, which provides additional support of 14 hp, is among the parts of the updated engine, and the maximum speed that the B-Class can reach is 223 km / h, which can complete the acceleration from 0 to 100 in 8.4 seconds by combining all the parts.
