The new guidelines can help the elderly victims of fraud

After the General Complaints Board tightened the guidelines for banks’ liability in the event of telephone fraud – five banks now announce that they will reconsider previous decisions where customers have been denied compensation. This applies to Handelsbanken, SEB, Swedbank, Länsförsäkringar and Nordea. The message is welcomed by the SPF Seniors.
