Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

Tom Nilsson leaves Örebro.
That without having made a single match for the club.
Now he is also said to be ready for Frölunda.

There have been many trips around Tom Nilsson, 28. He was part of the Djurgårds team that left the SHL during the spring, but it was not long before he signed a contract for two in Örebro, according to information worth three million kroner.

Forced away

But then something happened. The national team-qualified hill has had problems with his knee, but before he signed for Örebro, he must have received approval and a green light from two different doctors. Örebro must, however, have informed Nilsson that they wanted to break the contract with reference to Nilsson’s physical status.

The infectious conflict has been going on for months, but today the news finally came that Örebro is breaking his contract with Nilsson – before he made a single match for the club.

– Together with Tom, we have agreed to end the collaboration. Of course, we think it is unfortunate that we have ended up in this situation and right now we can unfortunately not go into any more details in the matter, says Örebro’s general manager Stefan Bengtzén to the club’s website.

Stated completely clear

Neither Bengtzén nor Nilsson want to comment further on the matter to the media, but the player only says that he is happy to be able to move on. And he does that to another SHL club, it seems. According to Expressen, the hill is already ready for games in Frölunda.

Tom Nilsson has represented Frölunda earlier in his career, and now looks set to return. On the back side, Frölunda has previously lost the prestigious signing Otto Leskinen to the NHL, but Nilsson is not seen as a replacement for him. Instead, he is probably recruited to broaden the back crew, as star Andreas Borgman misses the start of the season with an injury.
