It was at 22.29 that the police were alerted to the shooting. After a large police operation with, among other things, a helicopter, an 18-year-old man was arrested. He has now been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.
One person was in the apartment, according to the police. The person is physically unharmed but cut, according to the police.
