– I have probably picked up two, three children here on my plot and gone over with them. This is not the first time they have jumped over the plot boundary. Tragically, a boy has to die. I have been pointing this out for a year, he says.
The association of valuable children and young people who run the preschool in Södertälje has now begun an internal investigation of the incident, but says that they do not know that children have taken over the fence before.
