(Finance) – BetterThisa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and manager of the phygital marketplace that offers services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, has announced that the Lombardy Commission for the appointment of experts in Negotiated Settlement of the Crisis at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Milan accepted the request presented by Megliovò Finance in liquidation, also pursuant to articles. 12 ff. and 25 of the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code (CCII), for access to the Negotiated Crisis Settlement (CNC), appointing Prof. Avv. as Expert. Gianluca Mucciaronewhich already holds a similar role within the CNC which involves the other companies of the Meglio Questo Group (the Gruppo1 CNC).
Depending on this, within the terms of the law MQ Finance will ask the Court of Milan for confirmation of the measures protective from creditors’ actions on their assets pursuant to articles. 18 and 19 of the CCII.
It is highlighted how MQ Finance was not initially included in the scope of the Group CNC given that the plan originally formulated in this context provided exclusively for “external” financial support to allow the liquidation in bonis of MQ Finance itself. However, in light of the situation of severe financial difficulty reported by MQ Finance (against which a request to open judicial liquidation is also pending) and of the new draft recovery plan prepared by the Meglio Questo Group, which provides for unitary management of the “group crisis” through negotiation and conclusion of a restructuring of “group” debts pursuant to articles. 284 ff. CCII (with tax and contribution transaction), it was deemed appropriate to include in the scope of the CNC also MQ Finance which, in compliance with all relevant legislation and the interests of the creditors of the various Group companies, will be able to obtain, in execution of the recovery plan of the Gruppo Meglio Questo, the support of the other companies included in the CNC perimeter
