A larger foreign delegation from NATO visited Gotland on Tuesday. It is the first NATO visit to the island since Sweden became a member.
The purpose is, among other things, to give visitors a better picture of Gotland.

– The island is incredibly important in the Baltic Sea region. We decided we wanted to come here and take a look, to better understand. Being on the ground is extremely important for planners, that’s what we do today, says Mark Pullan, deputy chief of staff at NATO headquarters in Brunssum, the Netherlands.
