(Finance) – Il National Council of Accountants announced Lsigning a collaboration agreement with Rete Aste, leading network in the competitive sales sector. This strategic partnership, signed by their respective representatives Elbano de NuccioPresident of the Accountants, e Gian Luca Montaninilegal representative of Rete Aste, aims to promote and increase the role of accountants in the sector of commercial, industrial and residential sales, both judicial, extrajudicial and private.
The main objective of the agreement is to enhance and expand the professional range of action of accountants in salesalready foreseen in judicial and extrajudicial assignments as delegates, liquidators or liquidators, offering its private clients the possibility of selling productive activities, assets and individual assets in an effective and transparent way, in implementation of art. 1 c2 of the Ordinance .

Furthermore, it offers additional preparatory services, such as the definition of sales plans, the verification and integration of documentation, legal, commercial and technical consultancy. The agreement also provides for the collaboration in the creation of events and training courses to improve the skills of accountants and develop professional standards and guidelines in the sector of private, judicial and extrajudicial competitive sales.
