(Finance) – All’Leonardo da Vinci airport in Rome Fiumicino was celebrated today Music Festival. This year’s theme was “Live the life” which was represented by a musical performance conceived and performed by 6 musicians from theNational Academy of Santa Cecilia. The musical performance organized by Aeroporti di Roma, which adheres to Aeroporti 2030, is part of the Music Festival initiatives, organized at Italian airports with the patronage of ENAC and the collaboration of airport management associations.
The show took place at the “Piazza” of Terminal 1 departuresa crucial area further enriched by the magnificent presence of the bust of Salvator Mundi, the last work created by Bernini in 1679 from the Basilica of San Sebastiano outside the walls and loaned by the Fondo Edifici di Culto of the Ministry of the Interior.

Between tracks performed from the Academy Sextet, “Hallelujah” – Handel – from The Messiah; “Va’ pensiero” – Verdi – from Nabucco; “The sound of silence” – Simon & Garfunkel; “Mad world” – Roland Orzabal (Tears for Fears) and “Hallelujah” – Cohen.
